Widya conducts senior executive search assignments in the manufacturing, construction, automotive, energy, agribusiness and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining altoexecutive, Widya was a managing consultant leading the recruitment division of Sales & Marketing in one of the large providers of executive search from Australia. Based in Jakarta, she has been advising clients from multinationals and local conglomerates.

Originally from Indonesia, Widya started her career working with a state-owned company and then several multinational recruitment firms. Her major areas of professional competence include executive search, behavioural assessment, research and business development.

Widya obtained a Master's Degree in Business Law from University of Indonesia and Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Padjadjaran University, in Indonesia.
